Therapies -

Indian Head Massage

Also known as Champissage, this is a term for massage therapy in which the head, neck and face and facial areas are massaged
with the purpose of manipulating energy channels.
The goal is to clear blocks in these energy channels that cause a build-up of negative energy that are purported to cause ailments.
The belief is when the energy does not flow properly, negative energy builds up, causing common ailments,
including stress, pain and nociception pains and aches, and baldness or hairloss.

Deep Tissue / Sports Massage

Sports Massage works deep to eliminate toxins embedded in muscle fibers, remove adhesions,
and minimize scar tissue buildup. Muscle lengthening in sports massage helps restore a range of motion and overall flexibility.
Sports massage also leads to improved circulation which aids better cell nutrition, greater elasticity of muscle fibre, and reduced recovery time.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage. The five basic strokes are effleurage (light touch),
petrissage
(kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (compression), and vibration.
Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain,
joint stiffness, and improving function in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee over a period of eight weeks.
